Q 1. How do I cancel a monthly or quarterly license subscription? Will I still be charged after I cancel the renewal?

You can find your order confirmation email and click on the words with Please View Your Subscription. Then you can go to cancel your subscription. If you can't find your order confirmation email, you can contact our support team via support@ifoxpaw.com or mycommerce support team to cancel your subscription.

After successfully cancelling the subscription, no further charges will apply.
